CADD Designer

What You’ll Do

You’ll work with a collaborative team that values initiative, curiosity, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assist with the design and drafting of municipal infrastructure, site servicing, grading, and stormwater management projects.
• Prepare and develop Civil 3D drawings and technical design documentation for Facilities, ICI Site Plan, and Municipal Infrastructure projects.
• Support project managers and senior technical staff through project planning, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

You’ll Succeed If You Have

• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering Technician program, or a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
• Experience or interest in municipal infrastructure, site development, grading, stormwater management, and municipal servicing design.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

It’s a Bonus If You Also Have

• Previous co-op, internship, or professional experience supporting municipal, land development, Facilities, or ICI projects.
• Knowledge of Ontario municipal design standards, site plan approvals, or construction administration processes.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

The final compensation offered will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
