You will represent management in grievance proceedings and oversee grievance procedures, directly impacting workplace harmony. Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret collective agreements and employment legislation
- Provide advice on employee relations matters
- Assist in grievance procedures and related meetings
- Support management in grievance proceedings
- Maintain communication with union locals professionally
- 2-3 years of labour relations experience
- Skills in contract interpretation and dispute resolution
- Ability to negotiate and influence diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- University degree or relevant education preferred
