Responsabilités principales
- Développer, gérer et exécuter des programmes de communication externe alignés avec les objectifs commerciaux d’Intact.
- Apporter une expertise sur les tendances et meilleures pratiques en marketing traditionnel et numérique, événements, relations publiques et gestion de projets, médias sociaux.
- Positionner les leaders d’opinion internes pour raconter l’histoire d’Intact.
- Conseiller et fournir des recommandations aux hauts dirigeants et unités d’affaires sur la gestion des enjeux et de la réputation.
- Préparer et soutenir les cadres supérieurs pour des opportunités de prise de parole et des entrevues médiatiques.
- Gérer rapidement et judicieusement les enjeux.
- Soutenir les unités d’affaires lors de catastrophes et événements météorologiques extrêmes.
- Planifier et élaborer des plans de marketing et de communication pour le lancement de nouveaux produits, campagnes de vente, opportunités de marketing co-marquées, contenu et diffusion sur les médias sociaux.
- Agir en tant que porte-parole convaincant avec les partenaires communautaires et les médias sur les initiatives d’Intact.
- Construire et entretenir de solides relations avec des partenaires externes, agences, médias, blogueurs et influenceurs.
- Rédiger habilement des communiqués de presse, articles, discours, blogs liés aux affaires corporatives et à la communication d’entreprise.
- Soutenir une large gamme de campagnes et programmes avec des partenaires internes et externes.
- Maintenir des relations avec diverses parties prenantes à travers l’entreprise, y compris les relations publiques, le gouvernement, le marketing, la stratégie, le juridique, la communication interne, les relations avec les investisseurs et autres marques.
- Surveiller, suivre et rapporter la couverture médiatique et la performance sur les médias sociaux.
- Diriger et gérer une équipe directe pour atteindre les objectifs globaux.
- Responsable du développement de carrière, du coaching, de la formation, de l’embauche et de la gestion des performances de l’équipe.
Compétences et expériences requises
- Diplôme de premier cycle – de préférence en communication, journalisme, relations publiques ou en gestion avec une certification en communication d’entreprise ou relations publiques, ou expérience équivalente.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en marketing, communication, affaires publiques ou communication externe.
- Expérience et capacité à gérer une équipe, avec au moins 3 ans de leadership.
- Excellentes compétences en relations médias et gestion de projets.
- Capacités avérées à établir des relations avec journalistes, blogueurs et influenceurs.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale.
- Esprit stratégique et capacité à atteindre des objectifs dans les délais.
- Capacité à prioriser, multitâcher dans un environnement avec plusieurs échéances et demandes concurrentes, souvent avec des heures supplémentaires.
- Solides compétences en leadership, influence et relationnel avec des partenaires internes et externes.
- Pas d’expérience spécifique au Canada requise, mais doit être éligible à travailler au Canada.
