REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years as a project, program, or portfolio manager, or management consultant in a project office | Required | All requirements met
- Project, program, or portfolio manager on at least 4 large-scale projects in an organization comparable to the client or a similar technological environment | Required | All requirements met
- Lead manager of more than 2 projects exceeding $10 million | Required | All requirements met
- 2 mandates supporting managers during the implementation of management processes, including the development of organizational adoption tools | Required | All prerequisites
- Experience as a strategic advisor to executive bodies | Required experience | All prerequisites
- Management of governance, prioritization, and interdependencies between multiple initiatives | Required experience
- Mastery of management disciplines: scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance | Required experience
- Experience in a multi-site and multidisciplinary environment, including prioritization and arbitration in a context of limited capacity | Required experience
- Experience leading and mobilizing multidisciplinary teams (IT and business) | Required experience
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project or equivalent) | Required experience
- PMP certification
- Languages: French Required
