- Own release coordination for North’s AI products
- Drive cherry-pick approval and triage workflows
- Author clear, concise release communications
- Develop streamlined release processes for faster execution
- Identify risks and coordinate solutions across functional teams
- 4+ years as an Engineering or Program Manager
- Proven ability to handle simultaneous workstreams
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Fluency with AI product development
- Experience influencing without authority in cross-functional roles
