Program Manager for AI Solutions

Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, focusing on scalable APIs and Generative AI applications. Collaborate with customer teams daily and guide developers on best practices. This Program Manager role emphasizes end-to-end solution design, where you will utilize Large Language Models and FastAPI to develop robust applications. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining LangGraph agents for orchestration, ensuring efficient error handling, and managing deployments on OpenShift to keep systems reliable and scalable. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build scalable APIs using FastAPI
• Collaborate with customer teams for daily reviews
• Develop LangGraph agents for AI workflows
• Implement OAuth2.0 and JWT security protocols
• Deploy applications on OpenShift ensuring reliability Requirements:
• Expertise in Python and FastAPI development
• Experience with IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM)
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming principles
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures
