Managing all aspects of the local retail branch, including growing the business and mentoring the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the local retail branch
• Mentoring and growing the core team, recognizing that a manager’s success is only possible with a strong team
• Working closely with the vibrant Roofmart Sales Team to provide world‑class support and build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers as well as assisting in the development of new customers
• Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners, and customers by converting them away from competitor products

Qualifications

• College Diploma or bachelor’s degree (in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management and sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of the roofing industry (asset)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem‑solving ability with the ability to handle difficult situations
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to travel

Salary range: $64,000 - $66,000 per year + yearly performance bonus.
