Journeys Retail Assistant Manager Position

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll assist in reaching sales targets while supporting the recruitment and training of your retail team. - Exceed store and individual sales performance standards
- Help recruit, onboard, and train new employees
- Enforce company policies while providing feedback to staff
- Oversee daily operations during managerial absence

- 6-12 months of prior retail sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights
- Must meet physical requirements of the role
