Hotel Operations Manager Role

Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Operations Manager, where you will shape guest experiences and oversee daily hotel functions. This role demands effective management skills and an on-site presence. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years in hotel management. In this role, you will implement policies, negotiate supplies, and develop training programs for your team. Engaging with clients and managing budgets will also be key aspects of your responsibilities. This position requires continuous physical presence at the hotel. Key Responsibilities:
