Global Client Service & Trust Manager

Ensures successful transactional processing within CRM platforms, maintains client relationships, and bridges gaps between Client Service, Operational Finance, and other functions to meet expectations through proactive engagement and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

Client Service Management

• Act as the global point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client and internal leadership levels.
• Conduct regular business reviews, identify client goals and challenges, and present tailored solutions.
• Provide regular coaching to the Client Service Team members.

Trust & Financial Governance

• Maintain oversight of client trust accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual, legal, and ethical obligations.
• Process trust accounting and reconciliation, including payment posting, disbursement integrity, and timely remittance to clients.
• Support audit by preparing and providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Review and maintain trust accounting trial balances.

Administration

• Manage global client correspondence, ensuring prompt response and professional communication.
• Support compliance, data privacy, and information security requirements for all assigned clients.

Initiatives

• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on automation, process consistency, and client trust management.
• Perform other ad hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
