Job Title: Oracle SQL Developer / Siebel Administrator
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
Experience: 8–10+ Years
Required Skills
- Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development (stored procedures, packages, query optimization)
- 8–10+ years of Linux Administration (configuration, maintenance, security, networking, troubleshooting)
- Siebel CRM Administration and Production Support
- Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell)
- Database client configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
Preferred Skills
- IBM MQ, WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM Server (IHS)
- Application Integration Architecture
- Middleware installation, configuration, and support
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Siebel CRM environments.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle SQL/PLSQL code.
- Install, configure, and support IBM MQ, WebSphere, IHS, and Siebel on Linux servers.
- Manage Linux systems, including security, networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop shell scripts for automation and operational support.
- Configure database clients, resolve connectivity issues, and support system integrations.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
