1. Oracle Procurement Architect
Location: Toronto Canada (Onsite) Duration: 6Months
Summary Description of Position:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Procurement Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle procurement solutions to enhance our procurement processes and efficiency. The Oracle Procurement Architect will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our procurement systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architecture Design and Implementation:
o Design and develop Oracle procurement architecture to support business processes and requirements.
o Lead the implementation of Oracle procurement modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
o Develop and maintain documentation for procurement systems architecture and processes.
2. System Integration and Customization:
o Integrate Oracle procurement applications with other enterprise systems such as finance, inventory, and supply chain management.
o Customize Oracle procurement modules to meet specific business needs.
o Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
3. Business Process Optimization:
o Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
o Implement best practices and optimize procurement workflows.
o Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Project Management:
o Lead and manage Oracle procurement projects, from planning to execution.
o Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
o Provide technical support for Oracle procurement applications.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle procurement systems.
o Ensure system stability, performance, and security.
6. Training and Documentation:
o Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle procurement applications.
o Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and documentation.
o Stay updated with the latest Oracle procurement technologies and trends.
Qualifications- Strong background in procurement, with expertise in purchasing, negotiation, and vendor management- Proficiency in Oracle procurement systems- Experience with SAP, MRP, and ERP systems- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and pricing strategies- Ability to effectively manage sourcing activities and optimize supply chain operations
Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 6 months
Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
