Senior Analyst, Corporate Development Toronto

- Support acquisition processes and location development
- Conduct research to identify acquisition targets
- Create and present detailed financial models
- Interface with legal and financial professionals
- Manage due diligence and integration activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent financial modeling accuracy
- Familiarity with US and Canadian accounting principles
- Strong communicative abilities and analytical skills
