Senior Business Analyst For Mto Toronto

Join the Ministry as a Senior Business Analyst, Level 3, focusing on project management and solution delivery. Drive efficiencies in transportation safety through collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. This role within the Ministry's Project Management & Project Delivery team emphasizes the design, implementation, and testing phases.
You will lead efforts to analyze processes, scope projects, and develop requirements using methodical approaches. Your input will directly influence transportation safety initiatives and require effective communication with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project design, implementation, and testing phases
- Provide regular progress reports and propose mitigation strategies
- Lead Joint Requirements Planning and Application Design sessions
- Conduct feasibility analysis and scoping for assigned projects
- Analyze and map current and future state processes
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in requirements development and documentationAbility to work in integrated mainframe and mid-tier environments
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
