The Role: As a Veterinary Medical Receptionist at Petzoic Vet Hospital, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Managing phone calls, appointments, and client inquiries.
- Keeping accurate records and managing administrative tasks.
- Providing support to veterinarians and the veterinary team.
- Ensuring a seamless and positive experience for pet owners and their furry companions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the hospital
- We encourage cross training to be a valuable part of the treatment area as well as in client care.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks.
