Campbell River Lodge Fishing & Adventure Resort company that has been operating since 2017. We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant. We need a person who can handle paperwork.

Position: Administrative Assistant- Office.
Vacancy: 1
Main Duties:
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
- Fluent English skills are required.
Wage: $28.00 ~ $29.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30 ~ 35 hours/week.
Working Location: 1760 Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC V9W 2E7
