Industrial Adhesives Sales Specialist at Henkel

Drive business success as Henkel's Technical Sales Specialist for industrial adhesives in Quebec and the Maritimes. This full-time role focuses on key account management and sales growth. You will be instrumental in expanding the General Industrial Adhesive Technologies line, targeting OEM and MRO opportunities. Your tasks include executing territory plans, conducting training seminars, and providing essential feedback on marketing strategies. A strong self-starter attitude paired with sales skills ensures improved customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and sell OEM/MRO products
- Develop and implement a Territory Business Plan
- Conduct training and motivation sessions for client groups
- Provide feedback on marketing programs to enhance outreach
- Manage time effectively to meet sales objectives
- Post-secondary education; university degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Robust mechanical aptitude preferred
- Bilingual in French and English required
