Hematology Business Unit Head at AbbVie

Lead AbbVie's Hematology division as Business Unit Head, driving impactful sales and marketing strategies. This hybrid role focuses on maximizing business growth while placing patients at the forefront of all efforts. As Business Unit Head, you will spearhead strategic development, tactical execution, and financial planning within the brand. This senior role demands strong leadership skills to coach and manage sales and marketing teams. You will oversee the allocation of brand P&Ls and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure success in various therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and sales brand activities effectively
- Develop and coach sales team performance continually
- Manage financial planning and brand P&L allocations
- Optimize market intelligence for strategic execution
- Foster cross-functional cooperation among stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
- Ability to launch innovative products successfully
- Familiarity with healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and analytics
