Gee Beauty is looking for a polished, organized, and service-driven Client Experience Expert to join our Toronto studio team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, loves people, understands hospitality at a high level, and takes pride in operational excellence.
At Gee Beauty, the Client Experience Team is the heartbeat of the studio. This role is not simply reception — it is about creating flow, managing energy, mastering schedules, supporting revenue opportunities, and ensuring every client feels cared for from beginning to end.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule mastery and optimization to support studio flow, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Deliver elevated, warm, solution-oriented client service in person, over phone, and through email support
• Manage appointment booking, confirmations, rescheduling, and client communication with professionalism and care
• Support daily POS operations including transactions, gift cards, retail purchases, and client profiles
• Execute opening and closing duties with precision and accountability
• Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and urgency throughout the day
• Support retail attachment and rebooking opportunities through thoughtful client communication
• Work closely with leadership and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience

• Has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client experience, or front desk operations (preferred)
• Has flexible availability, including the ability to work both weekend days
