Sales-Focused Construction Estimator Role

Step into a sales-focused Construction Estimator role where accuracy and client relations are paramount. This position prioritizes exceptional estimating for concrete projects in the low-rise housing sector. You will prepare tender submissions and communicate effectively with both existing and prospective builders. - Produce accurate estimates independently
- Prepare detailed project costing and budgets
- Support analysis tasks using Excel and Power Query
- Engage customers throughout the estimating process
- Solicit new business while retaining legacy clients
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Estimating or Sales
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Query
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Post-secondary education essential
