Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, and restaurant management. If you have a passion for the food industry and possess exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols- Proficiency with POS systems and other restaurant technology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Understanding of kitchen operations is a plus
