Nanny Wanted - Looking For Nanny In New Sudbury/Garson Area, $20 26/Hour, Full Time 8:30am To 4/5pm Monday To Friday Or Part Time

Hello! 👋 We are a professional family in Sudbury looking for a warm, outgoing and reliable nanny to care for our toddler (just under 2yrs old) and support our household while we are at work. As all parents say - he’s an absolute sweetheart! We’re hoping to find someone who can commit to at least 6-12 months with us. We value someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with young children while helping keep our home running smoothly. Position Details:

• Start date: August/September 2026
• Location: Garson/New Sudbury area (live-out position)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 4-5pm (40hrs per week, days end between 4-5pm depending on when we can get home from work)

OR If we are unable to find a full-time nanny, we would be open to a part-time nanny during hours above (we also have a full-time daycare spot for him) Responsibilities: Childcare (primary focus):

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for our toddler
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (play, reading, outdoor time) and bring to playgroups, parks, walks, adventures
• Maintain daily routine (meals, naps, play)
• Prepare lunch and afternoon snacks for child
• Support social and developmental milestones through sensory activities, reading, singing, playing, talking

Household Support (childcare always takes priority):

• Light housekeeping (tidying, vacuum, kitchen clean-up, put away clean laundry, etc)
• Maintain clean and organized child spaces
• Meal prep, when possible

Qualifications:

• Previous nanny or childcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable managing both childcare and light household tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle (asset but not required)

• Hourly pay: $20-26/hr, based on childcare experience and willingness/ability to take on household support tasks
• Consistent full-time hours (40/week) or flexible part-time hours (he would go to daycare when we don't have our nanny working)
