Canadian Shield Health Care Services is in search of outgoing, kind and ambitious individuals to join our Administration / Scheduling Team to contribute to our mission of providing Clients with a superior level of care.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High Schoool education is required
- 2 years of Office/Call Center experience is required
- Post Secondary education is an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Health Care knowledge / experience is an asset
- Must currently reside in Sudbury
- Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer Literacy
- Experience working within a team.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism and strong Client / Customer Service skills.
- Available to work 25-40hrs per week between 7am - 9pm.
- Must be able to manage a high stress environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CARE COORDINATOR
- Answer, screen and forward incoming telephone calls.
- Problem solving - participating / brainstorming solutions.
- Build and input weekly schedules for Home Care and Long-Term Care Facilities.
- Perform Administration duties such as: scanning, filing, emailing, etc.
- Ensure the happiness of all Field Staff Members and Clients.
- Participate in the Company's On-Call.
