Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives while also supporting the Magna Mining’s corporate governance and investor relations activities. The incumbent requires strong judgment, discretion, follow-through and the ability to anticipate what needs to happen next.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to members of the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expense administration.
  

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring executives are prepared with required materials and information.
  

• Assist in the p lanning and execution of corporate events (both internal and external) including PDAC activities, etc.
  

• Facilitate and manage the Retail Investor VIP program. 
  

• Manage competing priorities, deadlines and follow-up items on behalf of executives.
  

• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and other materials.
  

• Assist with website maintenance. 
  

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
  

• Coordinate executive travel and logistics for conferences (including registration and materials ) , Board meetings, investor activities and other corporate events.
  

• Coordinate logistics and materials for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, site visits and other investor-facing activities.
  

• Coordinate invoices, vendors, and budgets related to investor relations activities. 
  

• Prepare reports and presentation materials as required. 
  

Requirements

Qualifications: Formal Education, Certifications or Equivalents

• Post secondary education in business administration, office administration, legal administration , or a related field .
  

Work Experience: Nature & Length

• 3 or more year s of progressive executive or senior administrative support experience .   
  

• Experience within a publicly traded company, mining company or other highly regulated business would be an asset.
