• Review and prepare quarterly income tax provisions
• Oversee Canadian tax filings and compliance processes
• Assist with tax planning for transactions and restructurings
• Liaise with CRA regarding tax issues
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals Requirements:
• CPA, CA with 8+ years of tax experience
• Experience with multi-entity and trust taxation
• Strong leader with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Excel power query and automation
• Knowledgeable in Canadian Income Tax Act Lead tax strategy, compliance, and team development as the Senior Director of Taxation.
