You’ll lead the development and execution of long‑term strategies for women's health and essential medicines initiatives, establishing explicit impact goals and multi‑year roadmaps You’ll evaluate existing programs and identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and enhanced community impact In this role, you’ll steward a diverse portfolio of external partnerships, assessing effectiveness and identifying new opportunities to strengthen the broader ecosystem You’ll oversee impact measurement, performance reporting, and investment strategies to maximize outcomes and resource allocation You’ll collaborate with product, health, marketing, operations, and corporate teams to align initiatives with organizational priorities You’ll guide cross‑functional planning and execution while influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization You’ll provide mentorship and leadership to a direct report, fostering accountability, growth, and operational excellence Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, public health, social impact, nonprofit, charitable, or related sectors Demonstrated experience leading complex programs, strategic partnerships, or large‑scale initiatives Strong strategic planning, portfolio management, and business case development capabilities Experience with impact measurement, governance, performance management, and reporting frameworks Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority Exceptional executive‑level communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills, along with strong project leadership and change management experience
