Senior Financial Manager for Public Services

Enhance public service delivery as a Senior Financial Manager with the Ministry of Health. Drive accountability and operational effectiveness in financial systems and processes. As part of the Accounting and Controllership Branch, you will lead the oversight of financial management and policy implementation across government programs. Your responsibilities will span strategic financial planning and fostering collaboration among ministries. Effective relationship management and strong communication skills will be essential in advising senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial systems to support government program delivery
- Manage strategic financial planning and compliance activities
- Advise on the impact of funding policies on program efficiency
- Drive organizational change and innovation in financial processes
- Build high-performing teams through mentorship and support
- Extensive experience in financial management and operational systems
- Knowledge of government financial policies and audit principles
- CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Strong strategic relationship and communication skills
- Proven success in managing complex initiatives
