Senior Tax Manager in Financial Services

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will supervise multiple engagements while providing innovative tax compliance solutions. You will engage with clients, plan tax return preparations, and conduct detailed research on tax strategies and compliance. Accuracy matters as you'll review junior staff's work and work alongside a skilled team to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise challenging tax consulting engagements
- Organize teams for tax return preparation
- Conduct and document tax research for clients
- Establish client relationships to understand their business
- Support junior staff development through coaching
- CPA designation or law degree required
- Completed In-Depth Tax Course or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years Canadian Corporate tax experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Deadline-driven with strong research capabilities
