- Oversee P&L and strategic direction of Casualty portfolio
- Develop and implement growth-oriented underwriting strategies
- Engage with brokers to enhance client relationships
- Analyze performance to drive continuous improvement
- Build a strong team culture among underwriting professionals
- Undergraduate degree or similar experience
- 10+ years in commercial casualty underwriting
- CIP designation or its equivalent
- Experience with multinational insurance programs
- Strong analytical and communication skills
