Shape the future of Canada’s digital economy as a Senior System Engineering Specialist based in hybrid conditions in Toronto. Drive platform security and performance across critical systems. In this permanent role, you will leverage your extensive experience in System Administration and Platform Engineering to support impactful financial services initiatives. - Design secure robust infrastructure with DevSecOps and Architecture teams
- Prepare patching plans and manage maintenance communications
- Lead OS and middleware upgrades across diverse environments
- Handle upgrades for databases like PostgreSQL and CockroachDB
- Monitor system performance and build response dashboards
- Minimum 5 years in System Administration or Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in OpenShift, RHEL, and Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools experience, including Terraform and Jenkins
- Knowledge of TLS and certificate management principles
- Strong analytical thinking and automation skills
