Lead Engineering Role in Fintech

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive engineering strategy and vision
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team
• Actively contribute to coding and problem-solving efforts
• Recruit and develop top engineering talent
• Establish industry-best practices for engineering processes Requirements:
• 10+ years in software development experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS
• Proven ability to scale teams effectively
