Lead Visual Effects Technical Director

With at least five years of TD experience in animation or VFX, you will direct the Procedural Assets & FX department, ensuring effective collaboration with fellow Technical Directors and engineers. Your mentorship will cultivate a thriving environment for junior staff. You will play a key role in evolving technology and ensuring robust pipeline operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop tools to enhance artist workflows
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and support
- Collaborate on departmental technology maintenance and evolution
- Ensure optimal functionality of FX tools and systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Minimum five years of TD experience in animation or VFX
- Proficient in Houdini, Maya, and similar software
- Solid Python programming skills; knowledge of PyQt
- Engineering or Animation degree preferred
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
