Senior Technical Director in Creature Rigging

This role combines your technical skills in Maya and Houdini with your passion for mentoring junior artists. Your ability to troubleshoot and collaborate effectively will enhance the quality of overall productions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and construct intricate creature rigging
- Execute simulations for hair, cloth, and crowds
- Fix rigging problems for other creative teams
- Coach junior artists to elevate their capabilities
- Write scripts to improve production workflows
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry
- Expertise in Maya, Houdini, and simulation processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy principles
- Python scripting capability essential
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
