Senior Technical Lead

Role Description

Senior Technical Lead – Architect I – Enterprise Solutions. Lead technical architecture and design for enterprise solutions across clients, ensuring adherence to design principles and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate client requirements into system requirements.
• Participate in overall estimation of work and provide accurate information to Product Owners and Managers.
• Contribute to building efficient programs and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and perform code reviews.

Qualifications

• Understanding of performance engineering.
• Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques.
• Basic understanding of project domain.
• Ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements.
• Experience designing and coding complex programs.
• Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on specifications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends, logical thinking and problem‑solving skills, and ability to collaborate.

Location

Vancouver, Canada

Compensation

$115,000 – $144,000 per year.

Benefits

Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro‑rated for new hires), paid holidays, and are eligible for bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for supplemental healthcare coverage, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Part‑time and temporary employees receive proportionate paid sick leave. All employees receive the benefits required by applicable provincial or local laws.
