Within your team, your essential role will be: be the primary contact with customers; your confidentiality, empathy and professionalism will be put to good use; respond to customer requests within the legal limits applicable to the position while respecting the confidentiality of disclosed information; do the phone calls follow-up; restock merchandise displays.
