Elevate resident care at Verve Senior Living as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Lead a dedicated team in enhancing independence and quality in a supportive environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with the Health & Wellness Manager to meet the unique needs of residents. This role emphasizes compassion, leadership, and the need for high-quality care, ensuring residents feel comfortable and safe. You’ll supervise care staff while documenting detailed health assessments and implementing personalized care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough health assessments of residents
• Update and implement personalized care plans
• Ensure compliance with medication administration standards
• Supervise care delivered by team members
• Uphold safety protocols and infection control measures Requirements:
• Current LPN license from BCCNM
• Certification in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Previous experience as an LPN is a plus
• Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
