Develop new client relationships and grow account volume Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Support and execute sales and growth strategies Represent the agency at networking events and community activities Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent client experience Support senior agents and contribute to team success What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, solution‑focused mindset Comfortable engaging with clients and following up consistently Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (OTL) Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn Additional Information
