- Level One or Auto Only Manitoba Insurance license mandatory
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience
- Familiarity with Broker Management Systems like EPIC preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
