Director of IT Infrastructure Services

Drive innovation and excellence as the Director of IT Infrastructure Services in Toronto. This position requires strong leadership in outsourcing and compliance within a highly regulated environment. As a Director at a major Bank, you will manage end-to-end governance of infrastructure services, ensuring they align with enterprise strategy and regulatory standards. You will focus on performance optimization, risk management, and the value realization of outsourced services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the governance of large-scale outsourcing models
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and service levels
- Manage commercial relationships with service providers
- Drive continuous improvement and service integration
- Report measurable outcomes related to service effectiveness
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure management experience
- Deep knowledge of financial services vendor relationships
- Experience in managing large commercial contracts
- Familiarity with ITIL and third-party risk regulations
- Relevant certifications in ITIL or cloud platforms preferred
