Director of IT Risk and Controls Assessment

Lead technology and cyber risk management as the Director of IT Risk and Controls Assessment. Oversee the RCSA program to anticipate and manage risks across technology functions effectively. Your responsibilities will include establishing and enhancing the end-to-end Technology RCSA lifecycle, ensuring risks are meticulously identified and addressed. This leadership role calls for collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, driving insights that prioritize risk management decisions aligned with business strategies. You will empower teams to foster an inclusive culture that emphasizes risk awareness and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of technology risks
- Lead creation of executive-level risk narratives
- Provide credible challenges to risk assessments
- Enhance communication regarding technology risk culture
- Manage team performance and development initiatives
- 15+ years' experience in Cyber, IT operations and governance
- Strong leadership capability with strategic focus
- Relevant university education or equivalent
- Deep understanding of global technology systems
- Skills to handle conflicting stakeholder goals diplomatically
