Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates for contractors and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver the right products at the right time and place; review project requirements, scope and objectives and liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient and profitable execution; manage all aspects of purchase orders—documentation, communication, fulfillment and invoicing; monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate when necessary while following up with customers to guarantee timely delivery; negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to balance customer needs and margin targets; build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service; keep technical knowledge up‑to‑date and stay informed of industry developments to continuously improve business skills.
