What we are looking for:
The Manufacturing Services Manager position requires an individual wo can think both strategically and tactically, while striving to achieve the missions and values of the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to participating in annual Plant budget development, analyzing and implementing special projects and assignments as requested, managing launch activities including costing, resource planning, and tooling, forecast and control capital expenditure, plan and organizing manpower development programs.
The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and organizational skills. Working knowledge of QS/TS Quality Systems, FMEA (P&D) and SPC. As well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
What you bring:
A comprehensive background in Engineering is required, with the ability to build relationships, and leverage their networks while driving for results.
A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 10+ years' experience in managing a team.
5-10 years' experience in an Automotive or Manufacturing Engineering role.
Valid Passport and Driver's license is required, as this role involves some traveling.
