Industrial Property Manager Lower Mainland

Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations across the industrial property portfolio • Develop strong relationships with tenants and service providers • Conduct regular inspections and maintain asset quality • Coordinate repairs, maintenance programs, and capital projects • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets

Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial property management experience • Valid BC Rental Property Management License or ability to obtain • Strong budgeting and financial reporting skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
