• Manage customer accounts through various communication methods
• Handle full-cycle invoice processing efficiently
• Collect payments from customer companies directly
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies in collaboration with branches
• Provide timely reports on collection efforts to the supervisor

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or collections preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Advanced computer skills are an asset
