We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing full apartment renovations in the Owen Sound area.
Work Includes:
- Full apartment turnovers
- Demo, drywall, and flooring
- Kitchen & bathroom installations
- Painting and finishing
- Renovation punch‑list completion
What We Provide:
- Pre‑approved price list (no quoting required)
- All renovation materials supplied
- Clear scopes of work and scheduling
Requirements:
- Proven experience with full apartment renovations
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid WSIB and liability insurance
- Strong workmanship and ability to meet timelines
