We have an opportunity in our Owen Sound office for a talented, motivated individual as an Accounting Office Receptionist
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Communication - Phone, Email, & In Person
- Information Intake & Filing
- Scheduling & Data Base Management
- Government Filings
- Internal Bookkeeping Tasks
A successful candidate will have:

- An ability to deal with a variety of client needs

- An appreciation and respect for client's confidentiality in all matters
Technical training will be provided. Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
- Experience with Sage 50 and QuickBooks accounting software, both desktop and on-line
- Sound understanding of Excel worksheets
- Experience with database input
- Knowledge of personal tax preparation software
