Elevate your career as a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist with Raise. This role focuses on driving adoption of a new Vendor Management System in a leading Canadian airline. Raise is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist to implement and adopt a new Vendor Management System across their client’s organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and training plans
- Coordinate with MSP and VMS change leads for messaging
- Drive stakeholder engagement and readiness metrics
- Support go‑live readiness and post‑launch stabilization
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in change management for technology rollouts
- Hands‑on VMS implementation experience (e.g., Beeline, Coupa)
- Proven track record with internal and external change teams
- Robust stakeholder management skills across various functions
- Experience in developing comprehensive change strategies
Lead impactful change management initiatives and foster user adoption for enterprise technology through this transformative role.
