Compensation Analytics Specialist Calgary

Elevate your career as a Senior Specialist in Compensation at our Calgary Home Office. This role requires strong analytical skills and program ownership to enhance compensation practices organization-wide. As an individual contributor, you will advance the design, analytics, and governance of compensation programs. Key responsibilities include developing data-driven strategies, leading compensation analyses, and guiding HR and business leaders with insights for pay decisions. Your expertise will ensure practices are equitable and competitive while also refining reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine compensation strategy and components
- Lead complex compensation analyses and workforce segmentation
- Provide insights for leadership decision-making
- Ensure effective execution of compensation programs
- Conduct market research across Canada and the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or relevant field
- Minimum 4 years experience in compensation
- Completion of CCP designation or progress toward it
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
