Database and IT Specialist in Calgary

Your role will focus on collaboration with teams to enhance the functionality of our database systems and support business intelligence efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage high-performance database systems
- Maintain Oracle and SQL databases with tuning and backups
- Develop scripts and database objects per project needs
- Provide support for cloud and on-premise client/server systems
- Document configurations and maintain optimization standards
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field
- 5+ years of experience in database engineering
- Expertise in RDBMS solutions like Oracle and Postgres
- Strong development skills with C# and ASP.Net
- Familiarity with reporting tools and Business Intelligence platforms
