Elevate your career as a Senior IT Contracts Manager in Toronto, supporting Enterprise Platform Services. This hybrid role focuses on managing technology-related contracts and vendor relationships for a 12-month contract. You will review, negotiate, and execute contracts ensuring compliance while acting as liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for all contract requests.
- Negotiate and execute technology and consulting contracts.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders and vendors.
- Manage contract lifecycles and vendor engagements.
- Provide expertise on supplier risk management.
Requirements
- Experience with MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs.
- Solid background in vendor management and procurement.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and networking services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance principles.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Utilize your contract management skills to optimize vendor relationships and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.
